Include when the issue started, which rooms or roof faces are affected, recent weather and any previous repair. Attach wide and close safe ground-level photos; an indoor photo of a stain is useful when paired with its room and orientation. Never climb onto the roof to collect information.
Service hours and urgent hazards
Enquiries are reviewed Monday to Saturday, 7:00 am–6:00 pm. For fallen powerlines, water near electrical fittings, an unstable ceiling, active fire or an immediate threat to life, keep clear and contact the relevant emergency service or electricity distributor first.
